This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for bookings or services purchased for entertainment events in partnership with Giggy (collectively referred to as "Talent").
Generally, deposits are non-refundable and if the Talent has confirmed the event and executes on their obligation outlined in the invoice then full payment of the invoice must be made.

The event organizer reserves the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis.
Invoice customizations: The invoice may be adapted to outline specific booking or event procedures as well as specifications to resolve disputes. Any customizations to an invoice rendered will also incur a Giggy Entertainment service fee.
This policy may be amended from time to time at the discretion of Giggy Entertainment. Any amendments will be communicated to Talent, Bookers and Clients in writing.
